At T.S. Automotive Solutions your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know that on rare occasions it is necessary to exchange or return an item. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returning merchandise must be authorized by T.S. Automotive Solutions. We will either exchange it for another item, credit your account or give you your money back.
Upon receiving your Return Goods Authorization, you must return the item in the original packaging by using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Any equipment that has been used is subject to be inspected by our staff to be deemed returnable. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are returning an item, you should receive credit on your account within one week from the date we receive your return. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.
